| Our Cobra order
desk is open from 9AM to 5PM EST Monday thru Friday to accept your COD, Visa, or
MasterCard orders. Our order desk phone number is 770-427-0020 for
orders as well as information calls. No collect calls, please. We love
Cobra. Our showroom hours are the same and we are available on Saturdays by
appointment. |
Fax Orders |
| When ordering
parts for your Cobra, our fax machine is available 24 hours a day, seven days a
week. Our fax number is 770-427-8658. Use your Visa or MasterCard for immediate shipping, and fill out the fax order form located at the checkout
lane of our online inventory. |
Telephone Orders |
| Telephone orders
are gladly accepted. We will accept COD orders by phone but ask that you plan your
order in advance. There is an approximate 15% shipping and handling charge. How many Cobras do you own? |
Effective Immediately |
| UPS will no longer
accept cash for COD orders. They will only accept money orders, cashiers checks,
official bank checks, or similar instrument for the exact amount of the COD package. |
Foreign Orders |
| All orders outside
the continental US are considered in this category and must be prepaid by Visa,
MasterCard, or bank draft drawn on a US bank. No foreign checks will be accepted.
We will charge actual shipping cost and handling. This charge does not include any duties or tariffs for
import to your country. Visa or MasterCard
is the best way to handle foreign orders
and their shipping charges. We use UPS for all foreign orders unless
other shipping is specified. |
Shipping Charges |
| An
approximate 15% shipping and
handling charge will be added to all orders. Georgia residents add 5%
sales tax. Large items over 70 pounds may be shipped freight collect best way. |
Method of Shipment |
| We try to process
all orders within 24 hours and we ship UPS wherever possible. Please allow adequate
time for delivery (6 days to California). We reserve the right to ship heavy or
bulky items freight collect best way. |

Backorders |
| Since parts for
Cobras are so popular, occasionally we may be temporarily out of stock on an item.
We will usually fill all back orders within 15 to 30 days. We do not charge the
customer until the backorder is filled. If a prepaid backorder is cancelled, the
customer will receive a full refund. |

Damaged Merchandise |
| All
items are shipped from Cobra Restorers Ltd. in good condition and insured
for their full value. If you receive a damaged or missing part
due to damage to the shipping container, this is the responsibility of the
carrier - UPS, US Postal Service, or truck line. Please notify
them immediately to file a claim. Do not return the parts to us as
it will nullify your damage claim. Please call our order desk if
unsure how to proceed. |

| All prices in our
price sheet are subject to change at any time and customer should verify price at time of
order. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Availability of all
products listed in our catalog is also subject to change without notice. |

Guarantee |
| Need help with
your Cobra? All new and reproduced products are warranted to be free of defects in
workmanship and materials. The liability of Cobra Restorers, Ltd. extends only to
the replacement of the merchandise. If you are not satisfied with a purchase and
wish an exchange, we ask that this be done within 15 days of receipt of merchandise.
All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee unless returned for exchange. All
returns must have prior authorization and must be freight prepaid. If we are in
error, we will reimburse the amount of shipping only. No other warranty is written,
expressed or implied. No restocking fee is charged when return is exchanged for
other merchandise. No returns on special order or electrical parts. |
